If you're a Nuggets fan, here is the true way to listen to those tracks--from the original LP masters. Some of them, like this and like the Remains album, are shockingly better than even Lenny Kaye's great original compilation...
Here we have, in great condition approaching age 60, one of the great garage albums recorded in the greatest year for proto-punk. The fan club address is included, on Sunset Blvd obviously--write them and find out!
Dirty Water we know about (the Boston anthem, the Red Sox theme song, but also so much more), but have you heard "Sometimes Good Guys Don't Wear White"? That's here as well, and a slew of fierce covers.
You'll not see one of these in better shape. I listen to these with Stax headphones before I grade them, and NM is for real.
