The C-Squat meets the warehouses of the East Bay on this massive little platter. 3 Brand new recordings from Star Fucking Hipsters sees the East Coast line up offering one straight forward rager and one stylistic rethinking of Rudimentary Peni's classic Media Person, adding some ska guitar work to that classic's already manic energy. The 3rd song finds Sturgeon recruiting the East Bay lineup of Dave Ed (Neurosis), Mauz (Dystopia), and Scotty Heath (Tankcrimes) heard on the last LP's Rapture Rinse Repeat, they are accompanied by guest vocalist Diana Mayoral of NYC's Skleptarsis. Pure unhinged violence. The flip side finds Dave Ed pulling double duty with the Poison Idea/ Accused influenced Jesus Fucking Christ. 2 songs that structurally are akin to their last LP, Life's Hateful Seed, but with a more raw loose approach. A future classic split.
