DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS BELOW:
1. Seller Rights: I reserve the right to cancel any bids and/or block a bidder from my auctions that don't adhere to my terms, without warning. I also have the right to list my item in other sources, but if there should be bids, Ebay will take prescient over anything else.
2. Bidding: Due to the amount of people with 0 feedback scores, bogus accounts, and ghost bidding that has become an ever growing problem on Ebay. I now ask that ALL new bidders and people with 0 scores contact me prior to bidding. People with scores -1 or worse are automatically blocked regardless. If new bidders or people with 0 scores that fail to contact me prior to bidding, I will cancel your bids and block your user name from my auctions, till you contact me. It's not fair to serious bidders and myself for people who have no intentions of following through with a purchase.
3. Messaging/ Email:
I welcome all emails and inquires about anything i'm selling. I want to make sure you know what you are buying. But please read my item description and terms as they will answer most questions you may have. I'm only a private seller, not a business, so I may not know technical (small detail) type stuff. Also if you have a question, please contact me at least an hour before the auction is set to end. If you send me a message with 5mins to go, I'm probably not going to answer it as I'm not always online.4. Payment: Will only be PAYPAL, no exceptions! I also ask that buyers please pay within 3 days of the auction ending. I will also open an unpaid item dispute after 5 days of no payment and your user ID will be blocked from future auctions.
5. Shipping: Will only be through USPS and a tracking number will be provided for items above $25. Also, I only ship on Mon,Wed and Fri.
5.1 Shipping Dest & Time: I normally only ship to the lower 48 states. I will however ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, but I ask that you contact me prior to bidding so that the shipping can be figured out. The price for shipping in any of my auctions is for the lower 48 states only (Coast to Coast). I will NOT ship outside of those areas. I also ship on the very next business day after payment has been received. Please understand that a parcel post package takes between 2-10 business days and priority and first class are typically 1-5 business days.
6. Returns & Refunds: All items are being sold AS IS, unless otherwise stated in the ad. There are No returns or refunds of any kind. I will do my best to describe the item in full detail. If you also have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to email me. If the item broke in transit, you have to take it up with the post office, if you opted to have insurance. If you didn't, it's not my fault and I'm not responsible once the item has left my possession.
7. Feedback: Ebay has changed the way the feedback score is now, so if a person wants the feedback, I will be more than happy to leave it, but you will have to post first. If there is a problem Please contact me before posting any feedback so that we can work something out, I want to make sure your experience is a good one.
8. Ending Listing Early: If you are interested in me ending an auction early for you or adding a “buy it now” feature for something, please email me with your price and offer on the item. If it is a good offer, I will be more than happy to set it up for you. Keep in mind, if you respond to me with 12hrs or less in my auctions, I can’t do anything for you, as I can’t modify the auction at that point. Plus, if your interested with less than a day and there are no other bidders, just bid. You may end up winning anyways.
9. Local Pickup Only: If I offer local pickup, you have to arrange for pickup and a time. I will not meet you anywhere to drop off your item. I also accept cash at the time of pickup. If you had paid via Paypal, and if I’m unable to meet with you, I will make sure your item is available for you to pick up at your convenience. Usually I offer Local pickup on items that are to big and to expensive to ship. I like to keep my auctions open to the country.
