Description

Here is a much sought after DEMO from 1965, this being the VERY LAST of the MOTOWN records to be released on the STATESIDE label in the UK. Tony Martin's great voice is shown at its best on these two ballads: Talkin' To Your Picture/Our Rhapsody, both written by Billy Page. Matrices and stampers indicate that this is also a FIRST PRESS copy.

MATRICES: 45 KR 4487 - 1 and 45 KR 4488 - 1

STAMPER CODES: 9 o'clock KT and 3 o'clock JR (both sides)

This is a nice shiny vinyl, with just a light surface scratch on each side, neither of which affect playback, which is superb. The labels are clean, with a few spindle marks and the spindle hole shows little sign of wear. The Stateside sleeve is showing its age and has a number written on each side, but is free from splits and tears.

I grade this record as at least excellent, but if it doesn't meet with expectation I will accept its return (in its present condition) and make full refund of the purchase price.
