Cover Condition: EX (small bump to opening side, no cut-outs, no breaks in shrink)  Record Condition: Sealed, presumed Mint! Lies flat. 
Notes: US ED1 Columbia Record Club pressing with 'CRC' in red on back bottom right corner, still sealed original pressing! My favorite Steely Dan album, both for the precision of playing and recording. 
All photos are taken from the actual record on auction!   Grading Scale: NM, NM-, EX, VG+, VG, VG-, G, Poor
