Extremely difficult to find, still sealed copy !
Factory shrink is in nice shape. There are 2 blemishes that I attempted to show clearly in photos on the upper left corner of the cover where in the shrink was punctured through and into the cover. One scuff goes lightly into the cover and is approx. 1/4" in length and very narrow. The second mark into the cover is also approx. 1/4" in length but just a shade wider than the other mark. Both mentioned marks / scuffs do not go deep into the cover enough to go all the way through.
There is also minor corner wear, with the largest being at the bottom right where the edges are scuffed through the shrink. Again, I attempted to show this clearly in photos.
Album presents very well, appears to have been stored properly as it is flat. Aside from above mentioned flaws the shrink is in excellent shape and clean.
