Description
This auction is for a STEELY DAN -- GREATEST HITS SEALED TWO (2) ALBUM SET!
I think there's enough pictures here to give you an idea of the quality of this album. The first four photographs were taken outside, and would be of the front and back covers, and some slight shrink wrap splitting along the back, top right side. Can I say that I hate glare!?! Sorry for my reflection in the black parts of most of the photos.
This particular copy was released in 1978 by ABC Records, with the catalogue number AK-1107 / 2. The gatefold jacket is textured (pic #8). If I'm not mistaken, this set was later / also released on the MCA Record label, but the back cover and spine both indicate that this is on the ABC Records label (pic #23), with the ABC catalogue number (#13 & #19).
In addition, this is a RCA Record Club release (pic #18). This is stated on the back left bottom corner as being "Mfd. by RCA Music Service under License", followed by the club address, and the number R-214341.
The two album vinyl set is still sealed. There is a very tiny break in the shrink wrap on the bottom left corner tip on the front cover (pic #12). Along the top right edge looking at the back cover, there are two half inch breaks in the shrink (#3 & #21). Linking these two breaks is the slimmest thread of plastic (and I can't guarantee that this minuscule stand will still be intact during shipping). To the left of these, there are two much smaller breaks of 2/16 and 1/16 inches (pic #4).
The rest of the pictures show the front and back covers, and each corner on both the front and back. No stickers or UPC are present.
If you have any questions about this item, feel free to email me. Also, check out my other auctions going on NOW of various other items of interest (including sealed albums by Barry Manilow and Rod Stewart). Thanks again for looking...during these most very...very...very...troubled times...
