Description
This is an LP of Steely Dan called The Royal Scam on ABC Records ABCD-931 from 1976. I bought this new and sealed in the seventies and have played it very few times. I used to record my records to cassette shortly after purchasing them and just play the cassette. The record plays M- with an occasional light noise in the background and has nice sound. On Side 1, I noticed a very light bit of noise at the end of track 2. There was one pop in track 4, and five very light clicks at the very end of the last song, "The Fez." On Side 2 there was a pop just prior to the music starting, a very light click basically unnoticeable in "Haitian Divorce" and a couple of light clicks at the very end of "The Royal Scam." There may have been a few other light noises I missed. The cover is also M-. There is a slight bit of wear in the upper right corner by the opening on the front and very minor corner bumps on three corners. The back cover has minor edge bend at the opening at the bottom and some light wear at the bottom center. It is a record club issue and has a sticker on the back right corner from it. There is also a small speck on the inner sleeve in the upper left corner on the photo side. I'm being very particular. This is a very nice copy on the ABC yellow sunburst label.
