STEVE EARLE-COPPERHEAD ROAD 1988 UNI RECORDS PROMO COPY LP UNI-1 IN A STRONG VG+-VG++ CONDITION. MOSTLY CLEAN VINYL!! Earle's 3rd album in this release but don't dare call it a country album, this record rocks from beginning to end. Earle himself claims that he was trying to marry heavy metal and bluegrass on this recording, well he came close. The title track is one of the standouts but you also have Back To The Wall and Snake Oil. If you buy just one of his record, start here, what a classic!!
The record is in an easy VG+ condition with just very light surface wear on side 1 that looks as f it occurred when taking the record out of the inner sleeve, Regardless, it does nothing to hamper play at all, plays well throughout, not a stretch to even say a VG++. The cover has the gold promo stamp on the back and the hype sticker affixed to the front. The original lyric inner sleeve has 3 splits and remarkably still holds the record. An awesome buy!!
