Description
ESTILHACOS (LIVE IN LISBON) LP by STEVE LACY. ORIGINAL PORTUGUESE PRIVATE PRESS LP issued on SASSETI/GUILDA DA MUSICA (11403001) in 1973. VERY RARE ALBUM by recorded LIVE IN PORTUGAL by a quintet led by CULT MUSICIAN STEVE LACY on soprano sax and featuring STEVE POTS on alto, IRENE AEBI on cello, transistor radio and harmonica, KENT CARTER on bass and NOEL MCGHIE on drums and percussion. TOP NOTCH FREE JAZZ and EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND since it was only issued on a SMALL PORTUGUESE PRIVATE LABEL. VERY RARE AVANT JAZZ LP.
Vinyl is in strong VG+ condition (almost EX). I played this record in it entirety and it played perfectly. Gatefold sleeve in VG+ condition (light to moderate wear).
