"The Sky is Crying" is a RARE posthumous released of Ten Previously UNRELEASED Studio Performances after the 1990 helicopter accident.

Winner of "1993 Grammy award for Best Contemporary Blues Album for The Sky Is Crying (Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble) and"Best Rock Instrumental Performance for "Little Wing" (Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble)". The best pure electric guitar ever recorded "Little Wing", one of my favorites and a much better version compared to Jimi Hendrix, is a masterpiece among masterpieces. You can even hear the tubes buzzing from the amplifier in this track. Other tracks worthy of mention are "Life By The Drop" and "Chitlins Con Carne". Not to be missed by rock, blues or any guitar enthusiast and even for the uninitiated, still a collectible record to own with STUNNING SONICS. Listen to believe. Don't miss.
