COVER CONDITION    Excellent to Mint minus (Ex to M-), The flipback cover is in fantastic shape with slight wear (looks almost new).

RECORD CONDITION  Excellent to Mint minus  (EX to M-), the record is in near new condition with a couple of very light scuffs and looks to have been played only a few times and has near new looking labels

GENERAL COMMENTS  Always nice to pick up records in this sort of condition, would be hard to find a better copy.
