Record: NEAR MINT (NM) ~ NEVER PLAYED

PVC outer clear jacket: Very Good (except for a seam split about 4" long at the center bottom)(I believe this split was there when I bought this record as 'New')

What makes me think this record has never been played?

I bought this from the 'semi famous'  VINTAGE VINYL record  store located in Evanston, Illinois...1994...

...the owner Steve talked me into buying this one and some other 'Limited Edition' Picture 45's disc's...mostly right when they first got released, and sold to me as 'New'. ...to which, I have never played any of them.

Hey, thanks for taking a look at this one....

All records carefully packaged and shipped in specially made, very protective box.
