Description
Ernest Ansermet ...
Stravinsky: The Firebird
rare German first press vinyl LP released in the very early 1960s on black/gold DECCA stereo label with deep groove and catalognumber SXL-2017. Fragile cover, original innersleeve and vinyl all AS NEW in perfect MINT condition with clean labels and no spindlemarks - best copy I have seen in years! Vinyl looks unplayed... Famous reference performance by Ernest Ansermet conducting the Orchestre de la Suisse Romande recorded as early as 1958 in stereo with true audiophile soundquality, same as the UK wideband Decca counterpart pressing... see photo.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
