Description
Nice batch of UK folk-rock, acid folk, psych folk,--you get the idea. Many imports and new year's bargains. The Strawbs/ Dragonfly. A&M AMLS 970 (brown label). Orig. UK 1970 pressing. Textured cover is VG+ with some cover wear and sticker residue (see photo); LP and lyric insert are nice clean EX. One of the rarest UK only Strawbs releases. This has the melancholic Brit folk zeitgeist in spades. Disenchanted youth, love about to be lost, age meditating on the past, and so on and so on. Lovely arrangements and production from Tony Visconti. Guest progressive session work from Rick Wakeman and Paul Brett on Coussins' epic Vision of the Lady of the Lake. Terms of sale: Payment by paypal or money order within 5 days. Buyer pays for postage, packing, service: overseas airmail $17; overseas registered airmail $25; $10 airmail to Canada; $8 priority mail domestic; $4 media mail domestic. Other insurance and registration on request at buyer's expense. Not responsible for item missing or damaged in transit. See my other LP auctions. Combine bids and save on postage; $2.00 for each LP after the first on domestic mail; $3 for each LP after the first on international mail. This is good for up to 5 LPs; after that I will have to box the order up and have it weighed and priced at the post office. Many thanks.
