This record is in excellent+ condition. It has just a couple spindle marks visible on each of the labels and there are no pen marks, scuffs or any other damage. There are no stains or fading and the centres are not loose or worn. Overall the iconic Vertigo spaceship labels are clean, bright and in really nice condition.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are very clean with a lovely lustre and nothing remotely serious showing in normal light. There is a few of the most minor and faint thin lines in places but these are very minor and of course cannot be felt. Other than these there is the a few more very minor wispy lines evident under bright light but of course nothing remotely deep or serious. So overall the record is in really nice condition with a lovely shine and only very minor sign of use to its playing surfaces.
I play tested the record and it played well. It lays flat on the deck and upon playing there is next to no movement in the record arm. The audio produced is excellent throughout with no distortion caused by excessive use and no skips, sticks or annoying clicks. There was no major levels of surface noise with the intros still nice and clear. I did however notice some very light splutters and light amounts of surface noise in the quieter tracks(tracks 2 and 4 on side 2). This was not loud or hugely disruptive but can be heard faintly in places. Overall the album plays well however with no major issues or serious levels of interference, just the light surface noise in parts as mentioned.
It also includes its original plain white poly-lined inner which is in excellent- condition. This has no splits, tears or pen marks but has age related grubbiness and discolouring/age spots. The original will of course be included but the record will be sent in a brand new plain white replacement.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.I hope my photos are comprehensive enough but if you have any questions then don't hesitate to contact me.
