SUBSTANTIAL EVIDENCE psych garage 45 GROOVY GRAPE HEAR

Very rare psych garage 45 featuring SUBSTANTIAL EVIDENCE on the private GROOVY GRAPE label out of Biloxi, Mississippi, from 1968.

Titles are “Death Angel” and “Please Walk On By.”

I found very little information about this group on the internet.  No sales were found on popsike.com.  The tune “Death Angel” appears on the compilation CD “Psychedelic Crown Jewels, Vol. 2.”

This is the first time I have seen the “Groovy Grape” label.  Also the first time I have seen a label with a hand-drawn logo.  Catalog number is Groovy Grape 101.  Label is white with purple print.

Condition of vinyl is very nice, I would grade between VG+ to VG++, displays 100% of original gloss, a few slight paper scuffs but no serious marks.  "A" side plays with slight surface noise, "B" side plays clean approaching NM.  Labels show slight surface wear, name of original owner “Elaine” is written on the “A” side in neat green lettering.  I am certain the winning bidder will be very pleased with this ultra-rarity.

I have provided a sound clip of approximately the first minute from both sides of this actual record (see below) so you can hear exactly how they sound.  (I do not use any noise reduction software in my sound clips, and I would absolutely never buff or polish a record for cosmetic purposes, so you needn’t worry about any surprises.)

Guaranteed to be authentic and original.   As with all my records, I offer a guarantee of satisfaction, if not happy simply return it in same condition for a full refund plus one-way postage.
