Up for auction is a very nice original pressing of the self-title debut album Suburban Lawns, originally released in the U.S. on I.R.S./Suburban Industrial Records (0-70024) in 1981:
-Guaranteed original pressing, NOT reissue -Original I.R.S. illustrated labels -Original inner sleeve w/ lyrics -NO UPC/bar code on cover -Vinyl comes in poly audiophile protective sleeve
Note: This album has become incredibly rare and sought after by collectors, especially in this condition.  Copies now rarely come up for sale, and even thrashed copies can sell for $50 or more.

Condition: Cover looks very nice, front looks clean, no obvious ring wear, just some light rub top and bottom middle.  Seams are nice, no splits, just some light rub to the edges here and there.  Back is nice, but shows some discoloration top left (see photo).  Overall, still a very presentable and attractive original. Grade: Very Good Plus (Very Good Plus (VG++)
Vinyl looks great, still retains its original glossy shine.  No apparent scratches or scuffs, just some faint superficial signs of having been taken out of paper inner sleeve a few times.  Labels are clean, no wear around spindle holes.  Look like this records has maybe been played only a couple of times previously--at most--but handled with care. Grade: Excellent (EX+)
