Description
Up for auction is a super rare promo copy of the self-titled debut album Suburban Lawns, originally released in the U.S. on IRS Records (SP 70024) in 1981.
-Guaranteed original first pressing -Rare promotional copy -Original color IRS labels -Original inner sleeve w/ lyrics -No UPC/bar code on cover
Condition: Cover is in very good condition with light signs of wear and age. Front and back have light general rubbing, with some noticeable light ring wear on back top middle--still very colorful though. Seams are nice, no splits, but they show some light rubbing here and there. Corners show some light rubbing (see photos). White edges on back show some age spotting (see photos). Gold promo stamp on back. Still a nice original copy. Grade: Very Good Plus (VG+)
Vinyl is very nice, still has its original shine. No obvious scratches or scuffs, but under a strong light, a couple small faint hairlines show up--probably from taking vinyl out of paper inner sleeve a few times. Labels are clean, no marks around spindle holes. Looks like this record has maybe been played a couple times, but handled with care. Perhaps some very light pressing noise only on run-in grooves, but once the music kicks in, it fades out. Still a nice sounding record. Grade: Excellent (EX), better than typical VG+ copies

Yes, I offer significant combined shipping discounts. Just ask!
International Shipping:
Because of unreliable postal services, buyers in France and Italy must pay for Expedited international shipping, which includes tracking and insurance. I've had too many records lost or damaged shipping to these countries.
