Description
E to E+ CONDITION FIRST EDITION COPY OF THIS ROCK 'N ROLL CLASSIC.
I GUARANTEE FIRST CLASS PACKING AND SAFE SHIPPING.
My conservative grading standard for 1950's 78 rpm records:
M (Mint): sealed, factory new and unplayed.
E+ (Excellent plus): has been played therefore not mint but full shine, no signs of wear and plays like mint.
E (Excellent): still with full shine but minute (inaudible) signs that it has been played.
V+ (Very Good plus): still shiny but slightly more wear, perhaps fractionally audible on loud passages.
V (Very Good): less shiny with more wear and greying of grooves but still plays very good.
G (Good): no shine, most grooves are greyed but still plays good.
F (Fair): well worn, fully greyed grooves but plays fair.
P (Poor): badly worn, still playable but better as wallhanger.
The above indicates WEAR only; damages such as cracks, scratches etc. are separately mentioned.
THIS IS AN ORIGINAL FIRST ISSUE SUN RECORD, NOT ONE OF THE RECENTLY MANUFACTURED REPRODUCTIONS OF CARL PERKINS' SUN ISSUES THAT CAME ON THE MARKET SOME TIME AGO AND WERE FALSELY SOLD AS "FROM UNSOLD DEALER STOCK".
