Welcome to my international rock & blues memorabilia collection,  Collecting has been my hobby for over 55 years in the USA and in various other  countries, where i lived, worked or when on vacation. Some of them were on loan to the Rock & Blues Museum in the Netherlands and in Clarksdale, USA (1996-2019) and are now in storage.  As i cannot take them with me they need to have a new home, I will be selling most of my private collection of used records & memorabilia and other stuff due to retirement!

I bought this years ago from a collector on a record show here in the USA I was much surprised that the actual record did not play any Ricky Nelson at all, but in fact Happy Birthday Baby with Ol'man river on the flip side By the Tune Weavers! 

So the labels were Misprinted in The Philippines by the manufacturer. It is what it is.

CONDITION INDICATION: USED around V: plays well on my record player with some noise, light scratches, hairlines etc. HEAR & listen to the video for an impression and check the photo's. 

Sold as a Rarity MISPRINT 78 rpm as is by the Tune Weavers, Still cool and an oddity and looks great on display or framed!

NOTE: Extended shipping times, since Covid, being in the high risk group, I ship once a week. The sooner one pays the sooner its ships, also lately the mail is slow. Once I deliver the package to the office to USPS its out of my hands, please follow tracking and give it time, USPS is kinda slow these days and some times it takes USPS a week or so longer than mentioned as delivery on the tracking; i can’t be hold responsible for delays in shipping as i do not control the USPS. Thank you for your patience, understanding and cooperation.

SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS are as quoted: All conditions, shipping etc are clearly featured in my auctions, my shipping & handling is based time spent (labour), packing materials, tape, ink, paper, car/driving to the post office, stickers, postage etc. Experienced packing & shipping: LPs, 45’s are packed in official packaging materials like record mailers/carton etc.

DOMESTIC TRANSACTIONS & INTERNET SALES TAX

Note: As of January 1, 2021 a total of 44 jurisdictions in the USA  require the collection of sales tax. Buyer pays applicable tax which In such cases, eBay collects and remits Internet Sales Tax to the tax authorities.

NO Combined shipping with my other auctions in principle, but depending on which i will consider that, just email me in advance at least 24 hours before the auction ends. 

Items can only be shipped via the Ebay system to the address of buyer on the Ebay label; if the item needs to be send to another address buyer needs to contact Ebay in advance and change the address before the auction ends. Requests from buyer to ship the item somewhere else after an auction is won, cannot be honored.

Import fees ( including taxes & custom fees) will apply in foreign country, to which the item is shipped.Sellers can't include these international costs in the item's purchase and shipping price. Foreign buyers are responsible for payment of any taxes in their country.

Some countries and jurisdictions require eBay to collect import tax, sales tax etc. from the buyer when they pay for their order. Please check with Ebay and your tax authorities in your country as taxes, import duties etc differ per country, to avoid unpleasant surprises afterwards.

Once the item is over the border its out of my hands,  If the postoffice in your country does not deliver i am not to be responsible, you can see from the tracking number  that i shipped it and follow it. Once shipped with tracking i am not responsible when your postoffice does not deliver it. If your postoffice  attempts delivery buyer needs to contact their local post office, if delivery fails or item is not picked up and the post office returns it back to me, i am willing to offer you a partial refund, meaning the purchase price back without Shipping/handling or alternatively once returned, i can ship it again to you but you need to send me in that case additional shipping and handling charges again first. Please follow your tracking number; I am not responsible if the addressee does not pick up the item once delivered and get sent back or get lost in the mail as i do not control your local postoffice. If there is damage because the customs opened the package careless or the wrong way i am not responsible for the damage. I ship via the Ebay system. Yes, international shipping from the USA to the rest of the world is high as US postage is a lot higher than anywhere else and i pack well and use official record mailers & packaging materials, while taxes will be added by your country.

 PS: Any questions about my auctions please communicate before one places a bid and/or before auction end. Remember all items are sold as is, with no returns. I do not always know when/where the record was pressed or year of release, i describe the items as best as i can and add photos of the items. I grade the items visible and do not describe nor guarantee what i have no knowledge of or what is not is mentioned in the description. What you see is what you get, so please judge for your self.   Communicate all your questions please. No returns in principle as i am retiring from my lifelong collection. In case there would be an issue when the item is received by buyer please contact me immediately. Please no "remorse buyers" ; if your not sure out of my description or photos or my answers when you ask before the auction ends, please do not bid at all. I do my best to respond in time with all information i have. Unfortunately I experienced a few remorse buyers who did not pay and wanted to pay less after they won an auction or made some reasons up not stated in my description, which I had to report to Ebay. Note a contract is a contract, so again address all your relevant issues and concerns in advance or during the listing before it ends and not after you won an auction.
