LP is in excellent VG+++ condition or better - some light occasional sounds but overall VERY clean and quiet throughout. Sleeve has some ring wear, corner wear, cover paper a bit frayed along bottom but not quite split, minor split at top near lip, spine is intact. Overall, it's in pretty decent shape, looks good, and the cover art is superb - one of the best.
