Description
Sun Ra, THE HELIOCENTRIC WORLDS OF SUN RA 2, ESP-Disk, 1017, 1966 .
This is an original issue disk. The labels are on the wrong sides: Side A label is affixed to Side B of the record ... and the Side B label is affixed to Side A. THE LABELS ON THIS DISK ARE REVERSED. Actually, think its a printing error on the labels. They printed the song titles and time on the wrong opposite label.
Matrix numbers:
Side A: ANM 967 DBH ESPS 1017A (68) - handwritten Side B: ANM 967 DBH ESPS 1017B (68) - handwritten
The vinyl in is NEAR MINT condition. Has a couple of VERY LIGHT, superficial, cosmetic, surface scratches but nothing that impacts the groove. FULL GLOSS. A few light spindle tracks or marks on the labels.
The cover is in EXCELLENT condition. The original owner made the corrections on each label with a blue-ink ball point pen. (see photos) There is a small bit of surface dirt, a 1/2-inch split in the upper left corner next to the spine. The album cover for one-inch in the middle of the bottom edge is very thin (you can see light through the paper). It HAS NOT split but it's fragile. The vinyl is kept in separate protective sleeve outside the cover.. See Photos...

NOTE REGARDING OFFERS: eBay is encouraging that I allow offers on my auctions. Nearly everything that I sell on eBay is vintage and collectible and therefore the final value is unpredictable. From my long experience on this platform many bids do not come in until the closing moments of an auction. Therefore, I will most likely be declining offers made before this auction closes.
