Description
Very sought after original Sun Ra LP on Saturn entitled "Sleeping Beauty"...not a hybrid pressing as side two is (correctly) "Springtime Again" and "Door of the Cosmos". A spiritual jazz cosmic classic in very nice condition. White DJ sleeve has some handmade pen markings - not very elaborate I must admit but at least you know somebody from the Arkestra got their hands on it at least! Vinyl is really clean..very close to NM but side A has a small inaudible scuff mark and side B has a few tiny pressing bubbles near the end by runout groove. Playback is superb. Would be hard to find a better copy of this one....
Recent circumstances have forced me to sell about half of my Sun Ra collection including most of my Saturns. These have been amassed over the last 20 years and are all in very nice condition; no trashed copies here. Please see my other auctions for more rare Sun Ra gems!
