MONEY (mono)/(stereo) (Harvest #6669/6882 1973 PROMO w/2 censored sides): VG+/M- 45 w/insert reproduction & company sleeve!


Stereo side is CLEAN M-; Mono side is VG+ with tiny label defects at 10 o'clock (see last photo).  Includes correct Harvest company sleeve (which is taped) & reproduction of May 1973 insert sent to radio stations coast-to-coast with this 45.

Excerpted from Pink Floyd's historic Dark Side Of The Moon album, Money reached #13 on the U.S. Hot 100, but not until Harvest Records sanitized the word "bullshit" from the playful progs' single for airplay.  The first censored promo they sent out only bleeped the word on the mono side & FM stations screamed bloody hell...so Harvest sent out another promo with bovine feces removed from both mono & stereo sides.  That's the 45 we offer in this listing.

You also get a quality reproduction of the insert sent with this single, helpfully telling DJs & programmers to "disregard" the previous promo with "bullshit" on the stereo side.  We don't have the original insert to offer (they pull $100+ on the rare occasion one is sold); this copy will do nicely until you find one (good luck!)
