MATRIX NUMBERS RVG BN-LP-4019-A / BN-LP-4019-B, RVG, ETCHED IN THE DEAD WAX. The symbol of an EAR is inscribed into the run out grooves of both sides. The original 47 WEST 63RD NYC ADDRESS  ON  BOTH LABELS. Deep Groove. This is the genuine article. 100% AUTHENTIC ORIGINAL MONO BLUE NOTE FIRST PRESSING.

Record Grade Excellent = Played very few times with the greatest of care on the best equipment with a tracking force of less than a gram  . Amazing condition and quality. glossy vinyl. Plays beautiful, nonexsistant surface noise. Amazing condition and quality. No interuptions, no skips. Shiny vinyl. Difficult to find this rare vintage record in such great condition. (see pictures) 

Jacket Grade Excellent = Shiny, clean, Strong unfaded color on the front. spine is un breached but the rich orange is several shades lighter on the spine. No stains. No tape. Excellent throughout  The bottom left corner has a minor ding  and a the top left corner has a teensy wear spot.  It comes with the original 1959 plain white Blue Note issued inner sleeve. Which has one medium small rip. Another perfect plain white sleeve is included.
