Here is a VERY rare CLASSIC album from my collection offered up for sale: An ORIGINAL 1968 first pressing  Lp "Neil Young" Released in 1968 this LP was Neil Young's debut solo Album after leaving "The Buffalo Springfield". This 1st press features the NO NAME cover. This cover was altered soon after it's release to show Neil's name at the top of the cover. Record executives wanted the name recognition from the new solo artist. Therefore only these 1st pressings featured the complete artwork portrait! Additionally, the earliest pressings featured a muddy mix that Neil was unhappy with. The songs were remixed to Neil's satisfaction. This is the superior 2nd mix with the still unaltered original artwork gatefold jacket! This original 1968 is a beauty in very well cared for condition!  Released in 1968 by Reprise records RS-6317 STEREO. RE-1 in the deadwax. (This is the mix Neil wanted!! Cool!) Classic songs on this album:The Loner, Last trip to Tulsa, I've been waiting for you, I've loved her so long, and more! The vinyl grades EX, is clean and glossy, has a light sleeve mark or two, looks minimally played! This record has been PLAY TESTED! Plays GREAT from start to finish with excellent sound quality, clear audio,  minimal surface noise! The tan labels are beautiful and clean, almost no spindle wear! The gatefold cover rates EX/near Mint, STUNNING!, is clean, no stains, no age discoloration, no wear at edges and corners, no splits, no tape, no signatures, a beautiful original art cover!  Includes original custom Warner W7 photo inner sleeve!
