I don't care if you have to go out of town all of a sudden, you've had the flu for 3 months or your dog ate your paycheck. If you can't pay don't bid. Sorry but I am not offering overseas shipping at this time. All records will be SAFELY packaged in a padded mailer with cardboard. Insurance is added in to the shipping cost.
