Description
Supertramp- Crime of the century ,released in 1974 and remastered by Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab in 1978 at. # 1-005. This was the Lp that put the band on notice as being one of the top progressive rock bands of the 1970s. In a lot of ways also put the new record label Mobile Fidelity on the radar of audiophiles for it's unique remastering style, something that is taking for granted but quite new for 1978.The LP also introduced such high quality crafting from the song writing duo of Roger Hodgson and Rick Davies. Side one track School is a prog. rock instant classic also Bloody well right , Dreamer and the LP finale, title track Crime of the century. The vinyl of this LP is in EX .condition the cardboard sleeve is in VG. condition and the inlay inner sleeve is also VG .On a personal note, This is the very first MOFI record I ever listened to and purchased.
