- The buyer must pay the winning bid amount plus shipping and handling.
- Local pick-ups are welcome with no charges for shipping.
- We ship within one business day after payment has been received.
- We cannot provide surface shipping for international purchases outside North America.
- We ship light items and some international packages via USPS. Heavier and higher-value items are shipped via Federal Express. We cannot ship to a PO Box.
- You may receive a discount on shipping by combining auctions that you have won within a 48-hour period. Auctions that end more than 48 hours apart must be shipped separately, and will not receive a shipping discount.
- Insurance is required on all packages, and will be added to your total.
- Shipping rates are based on your order's weight and package size. We pack and ship carefully and in accordance with the shippers requirements, and we only use brand new boxes and packing materials.
- Sales tax of 8.25% is collected only on shipments being delivered to a Texas address.
- Payments should be made out to EZBAYER, Inc., and sent to 6505 S. Rice Ave, Bellaire, TX 77401.
Our policy does not allow us to use the Buy it Now option and end the auction early.
After winning bids please use the eBay checkout even if you are sending a money order or cashier's check. This will expedite your purchase process and help avoid potential errors. All payment and shipping information will be supplied to you during the checkout process.
Personal checks are accepted if the check includes your full address, phone number, and driver's license number and state.
The buyer must respond within 2 days of the auction's close, and payments must be received within 7 days of the auction ending. PayPal payments to payment@ezbayer.com are preferred! All payments must be in U.S. Dollars via money orders, cashier's checks, or PayPal. Credit card payments are accepted via PayPal only.

We accept returns and provide refunds of the purchase price (less shipping) promptly if we fail to describe our item accurately. We cannot refund shipping charges. Requests for refunds must be made within 48 hours of your receipt of the item, and the item returned within 7 days of buyer receipt. Sorry, no exceptions.
