(rec/cvr) This record is still sealed in its original shrink, and looks like it just left the pressing plant. It is flat, has sharp corners & edges, no wrinkles, creases or dents, and has no fading or discoloration due to sun, moisture or time. Bottom corner of back cover slick is creased, see detailed pics. 



An extremely limited press-run, locally distributed "vanity press" from forty years ago in amazing, still sealed condition, and a monument to stoned teenage amateurism!

 This private, micro-press was recorded by a band of young Hippie kids based somewhere in Pennsylvania, and was most likely sold primarily at their local gigs...Lo-fi, inside and outside; the elevation of primitive as an -ism. The sleeve-- it's beyond crude...& I'm not so much talking about the front cover art, which is crude in an underground comix shock value way but captures that sensibilty well and shows a bit of skill. But on the back? W-o-w! Maybe the use of magic marker and ball-point pen, makes it "mixed media?" 
I'm all for "DIY" but I would think if none of the band could draw, at least one of them had legible handwriting? Guys, c'mon, this is your record!


On the grooves inside (where it counts) the sound is:

NM:
 disc appears unplayed; sleeve shows no signs of handling
EX:
disc has no flaws; sleeve has only very minor, not obvious flaws
NEX:
disc has very minor, inaudible flaws; sleeve still looks quite nice
VG+:
disc normally will not have audible marks, but more visual flaws; sleeve will have more noticeable, minor wear
VG:
disc will have slight audible flaws; sleeve clearly shows wear
