Great set of 2 original handwritten letters from Kevin Godfrey (a.k.a. Epic Soundtracks) of the Swell Maps, brother of Nikki Sudden - these are 2 of the letters I received from him in the early '80s when I was buying punk & new wave items from him (records, cassettes, fanzines etc).

In the first letter he is offering the TV Personalities Creation flexi and the 1st Legend 7" on the same label so this must be from 1983. He also offers records by Buzzcocks, Wire, Orange Juice, The The, Lori and the Chameleons and many other TVP's records.

In the 2nd letter he rejects my offers for Industrial Records cassettes by Cabaret Voltaire and Richard Kirk as well as an Alex Chilton autographed record! 

Together with the letters an original Rough Trade promo photo of Epic Sountracks (I wonder why this is not autographed) and a xerox press release for his Rough Trade solo single 'Jelly Babies' (RT084). ?   
       
A great memorabilia item from the late '70s private punk & new wave era, 100% genuine and in very nice condition.

Condition
all VG+ (I have crossed-off addresses and personal data for ebay images, the actual item is clean)
Both letters have punch-holes on the left as I had this stupid idea for filing letters back in the early '80s (no collector's spirit yet..).
