Hello and Welcome to my latest auctions.I am in the process of trimming down my collection and I am currently putting up a bunch of Prog,Psych and other things.I will now be listing once a month at the beggining of each month so stay tuned because as well as offering things from my own collection,I also check out used record shop at the beggining of every week and we have a Record Fair every six months right here in Winnipeg so if this interests you then add me to your favorite sellers.

THE SWINGING BLUE JEANS-Dont make Me Over(1966 Canadian Capitol 6000 Series)

The Rarest item in both Capitol of Canada's much coveted 6000 series of the 60's and in the Swinging Blue Jeans Catolog.By the time Capitol of Canada released this in June of 1966,interest in the British Invasion and the Swinging Blue Jeans had wained and as a result,this LP sold poorly.In fact it sold so poorly that few made it out on the market and Capitol of Canada destroyed the remaining copies hence its rarity today.It has also been said that of all of Capitol of Canada's 6000 series,this was its poorest seller.As a result this is the most eagerly sought after LP on the Canadian Branch of this label and this is the only copy that I have ever seen.

CONDITION OF COVER AND VINYL:VERY GOOD(PLEASE READ DETAILS ON COVER BELOW)

Cover like vinyl is listed in Very Good Condition but the thing to point out here is the repair job done on the bottom seam.

The entire bottom seam was split and the previous owner repaired it from end to end with two inch clear tape which was done consideably well and it overlaps about an inch on each side at the bottom of the back and front cover.With or Without this repair,this would still rate as a Very Good Cover and as annoying as it may sound,the repair job does not take away from the covers presentability and whoever wins this will be probably happy just to have a copy.

All in all,A very rare record in any condition and one you will not see on Ebay often or for a very long time so act now.

Over the last year I have had a number of problems with Bidders/Buyers that have gotten increasingly annoying and feel the need to express them here:

(1).SURFACE POST OVERSEAS:From now on,Surface Post Overseas will now only be available on request which means that if you want your item shipped by this method,you have to ask.I am sorry that this has become necessary but over the last year I have had several problems with buyers who pay to have their items shipped by this method without taking into account that it can take up to 8 weeks to arrive,even after informing them in their invoices before completing the transaction and then they start complaining that they have not recieved their items after two weeks.Most people are OK after you explain this to them and I have many overseas customers who use this method because it is cheaper and they dont mind the wait and I dont want to completely discontinue Surface Post for that reason but unfortunatley it is the very few that make it difficult for the very many and it is those people have caused me to make this action necessary.Again,I am sorry that it has to come to this but this is the only way left that I can think of that I can make Surface Post Overseas work without having to do away with it all together and hopefully this will weed out some of the problems I have had over the last year

(2).I Do not end auctions early so please dont ask.I dont condone this practice and I think that it is unfair to other people who have place bids on an item they are anxious to own and feel one bidder should have as much chance as the next when bidding on my items

(3).POSTAGE RATES OVERSEAS:Several people overseas have complained about the price of my Air Postage thinking that it is too high.Yes.I know it is expensive but this is what it cost me to ship from my part of Canada to your part of the world as the rates vary across the country depending on which part of Canada you are sending from.Even within Canada the Rates Vary when shipping from one part of Canada to another so this is why the prices are what they are.I make no money from this and quite often,I have lost money on postage so please take note of this

(4)NON PAYING BIDDERS:In the last year,I have had at least one deadbeat almost every auction so I now require that payment is due within 21 days from the end of the auction which I think is well enough time for anyone to pay for an item.If you need more time just let me know as I am very accomodating and easy to work with and just being on the level with me is all I ask.
