Decca Records stereo SXL 2009, first grooved wideband label disc has "Original Recording By..." at upper left.  Pressed in England.  Stampers are 3E 3E.  Early scalloped flipback jacket has blue border on the back.

Disc NM, jacket VG+, a bit of laminate lifting on the back.
