(lovely strong box with minimum shelf wear)
VINYL: NEAR MINT
Nice clean libretto and original inner liners.
GRADING
I use the Record Collector Magazine grading system:-
Unless the record is still sealed I don't use MINT at all.
However great the sleeve is I virtually always describe them as Excellent; I will state if there are any very minor faults - anything major and I just won't list the record.
With regard to the vinyl itself I will state it as Near Mint if it is visually without fault; Excellent vinyl may have exceptionally minor / barely visible none sounding marks (visible only in strong artificial light when the vinyl is angled). I will not list vinyl in less than Excellent condition unless it is unbelievably rare.
I do background play test the vast majority of LPs, and study test rare/expensive ones.
Having bought from EBay myself I appreciate that Near Mint covers a multitude of sins - I do spend considerable time trying to ensure A1 quality and will refund you if you're disappointed.
