SXL 2178 Wb+g Ed1 – BACKHAUS: BEETHOVEN PIANO C. 1 & 2
1959 Decca stereo LP with wide-band and groove label, Edition 1, catalogue number SXL 2178. Wilhelm Backhaus playing Beethoven’s Piano Concertos Nos. 1 & 2 with Hans Schmidt-Isserstedt conducting the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra.
The disc is near mint. The flip-back sleeve is very good with minor creasing/wear plus record impress and a few tiny dirty marks.
