Description

Excellent condition copy of this 1961 release on Decca Records (SXL 2276) with its original Wide Band and Grooved label design with "Original Recording By...." rim text (ED 1)

George Solti conducts the Concertgebouw Orchestra of Amsterdam in a performance of Gustav Mahler's Symphony No. 4 in G major.

Condition is excellent.  The sleeve is near perfect with no tears, creases or seam splits.  The spine is a little squashed and there is very slight discolouration of the white areas.

The playing surfaces are in excellent condition with no scratches, scuffs or abrasions.  Playback is excellent with only very light surface noise and no pops, clicks or crackles.  The sound is of truly audiophile quality.
