DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE : Superb!..just a very little light marking on the rear...laminate tight...edges and corners sharp... lovely and clean...Spine lettering sharp and clear: EX to EX+
VINYL - SIDE ONE: Beautiful...just a few of those wispy ultrafine 'paper contact' hairlines...lovely surface sheen on both sides: EX to EX+
LABELS: just a few faint spider trails visible under strong light, otherwise Both Superb: EX to EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied. I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
