Says 'To Radio City [the local radio station] With all my good wishes Kyung Wha Chung' followed by her name in Korean and the number 77.SXL 6493 SIGNED Kyung-Wha Chung Tchaikovsky Sibelius Previn Decca Holland. Vinyl in Near Mint conditionRecord will be professionally ultrasonically cleaned and placed in a new inner sleeve. I remove the record and inner sleeve from the outer sleeve to avoid outer sleeve splits.
