SXLA 6452-61 BACKHAUS / BEETHOVEN SONATAS 10 LP BOX SET
WHILHELM BACKHAUS PLAYS BEETHOVEN COMPLETE PIANO SONATAS – Rare Original UK Stereo 10 LP Box Set on Decca SXLA 6452-61 with Narrow Band label (First label and First Pressing for this Catalogue Number) – This set comes with its original 25 page Booklet. Original inner sleeves are also included.
Box Condition:
The Box has some left top and bottom corner splits, some light spine wear, some light edge/corner wear and some moderate wear and a tear on the back. The Backhaus picture on the front box is shiny and in very nicecondition. Overall, it looks very nice, despite of the mentioned flaws.
Record Condition:
SXL 6452 – VG++/ NM-, with some light surface scuffs.
SXL 6453 – VG++/NM-, with some light surface scuffs.
SXL 6454 – VG++/NM-, with some light surface scuffs and some pressing bubbles.
SXL 6455 – VG++/NM-, with some light surface scuffs, except for a couple of surface scratches on the first track of side 2, which causes some not too distracting repetitive soft ticks.
SXL 6456 – VG++/NM-, with some light surface scuffs, except for a couple of virtually harmless light surface scratches on the first track of side 1.
SXL 6457 – VG++/NM-, with some light surface scuffs.
SXL 6458 – VG++/NM-, with some light surface scuffs.
SXL 6459 – VG++/NM-, with some light surface scuffs.
SXL 6460 – VG++/NM-, with some light surface scuffs.
SXL 6461 – VG++/NM-, with some light surface scuffs.
