On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Syd Barrett called "Barrett" and is an ORIGINAL 1970 UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Harvest label!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS IS SYD BARRETT'S RAREST & MOST SOUGHT AFTER LP EVER - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  BACK IN 1970 WHEN THIS LP WAS FIRST RELEASED, IT ONLY EVER SOLD IN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNTS AND WAS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY DELETED!!!!  AS A RESULT IT IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND INCREDIBLY HARD TO LOCATE TODAY!!!!  NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN GREAT CONDITION OVERALL (THOUGH NOT MINT!) - AND IS THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING EVER MADE!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1970 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS HARVEST LABEL, 1ST PRESS 'GRAMOPHONE COMPANY' LABEL EDGE TEXT, 1ST PRESS NO 'EMI BOX' ON THE LABELS (LATER ONES DO!), 1ST PRESS 1G/1G MATRIX ENDINGS, 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS 'GARROD & LOFTHOUSE' FLIPBACK LAMINATED COVER!!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL UK Harvest 1st Pressing from 1970 and is in GREAT condition overall!!!!  The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl!!!!  The Cat. No is SHSP 4007 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Harvest label (see picture) and is a UK Stereo 1st Pressing (there were NO Monos!)!!!!

The record labels are in BRILLIANT condition (see pictures) with NO wear (apart from a TINY mark on 1 label), NO writing, and only a few light spindle marks!!!!  The vinyl is in GREAT condition overall (though not PERFECT!)!!!!  Most of these 60s/70s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and generally it looks like a VERY bright and shiny record!!!!  However, it does have a few mostly VERY light hairlines, 3 or 4 light scufflines, 2 or 3 surface marks, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!!  It is also great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING as the visual!!!!  The record plays NO nasty loud pops, only a few VERY light clicks, NO jumps, NO sticks, barely ANY crackle AT ALL, and only some VERY slight background sound on the run on grooves & gaps - NOT in the music AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The record must grade Good+ (PROPERLY graded, NOT 'wrecked'!) if not better - and is certainly VERY playable indeed!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve which is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  The 1st Press 'Garrod & Lofthouse' Flipback Laminated Cover is in GREAT condition!!!!  It has NO edgewear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour!), only a few light creases (cover is still VERY flat looking!), shiny laminate, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!!  Even the unlaminated back of the cover is in GREAT condition with NO yellowing, NO grubbyness, some slight rubbing towards the left, and NO writing (apart from TINY set of faint initials in the top right corner)!!!!  The cover must grade Very Good(Minus)!!!!  THIS LP MAY NOT BE 100% PERFECT - BUT IT IS VERY PLAYABLE INDEED, EXTREMELY RARE, AND A PRESENTABLE EXAMPLE!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
