SZERYING – BACH SONATAS & PARTITAS for SOLO VIOLIN – D.G. 139270/72 (Boxed set 3-LPs)

Deutsche Grammophon boxed set of 3-LPs made in Germany with large "Tulip" labels, catalogue number 139270 / 72. Henryk Szeryng playing 3 sonatas & 3 partitas for solo violin by J.S.Bach (BWV 1001 – 1006).

The 3 discs are in near mint condition; 5 of the sides have no spindle marks and no visible marks on playing surfaces, so we have not played these; Side 4 (no spindle marks) has a very light 2½-cm scratch which produces 4 barely audible random ticks. The 12-page illustrated booklet is near mint. The cloth-covered box has light wear and discolouration with tiny areas of paper removal on front lower edge. Overall this set is in fantastic condition.
