Description

Bach Sonatas and Partitas played by Henryk Szeryng, his first complete recordings, recorded end of fifties in France.

 

Three CBS LP’s made in France.

 

Vol.1 CBS 51068

Vinyl  EX+/NM Smooth surface, no spindle marks on the labels

Jacket NM

 

Vol.2 CBS 51069

Vinyl plays VG+. Surface sohows some scuffs and hair lines. Beginning of side A has repetitive back ground noise which soon disappears. Some occasional back ground noise on side A. Side B is better. Jacket EX+

 

Vol.3 CBS 51070

Vinyl  EX+/NM Smooth surface, no spindle marks on the labels

Jacket VG+/EX- tear on front near opening can be taped
