I'm placed up for purchase the 1981 instrumental jazz record by Japanese saxophonist Sadao Watanabe titled "Orange Express". Released by Columbia Records. Length 37:04, 7 songs. Studio catalog #FC 37433. In stereo. In a picture sleeve in very good condition. I've owned this since it came out and have never played it. I worked in the entertainment business here in Hollywood and got a lot of records. Often times duplicates. Record is in mint condition. It has been shelved upright on my record shelve all these years. Ebay gives two choices: new or used. I've chosen new because it's unplayed. No part of this is used. From Wikipedia: Sadao Watanabe (born February 1, 1933) is a Japanese jazz musician who plays alto saxophone and sopranino saxophone. He is known for his bossa nova recordings, although his work encompasses many styles, with collaborations from musicians all over the world. In 1962 he moved to Boston to study at Berklee College of Music after participating in many band sessions as a alto saxophone player. Representing as a top Japanese musician, he's also know as a talented photographer, and has published six picture books. A life-long active player who performs energetically not only in Japan but also overseas. He gives courage and impression to people of all generations.
