There is only one!
Rare Acetate Test Pressing record from Creation / Heavenly of the Saint Etienne single Avenue. The track is 3' and 48'' long. As far as I know this copy was given to  (the famous) Garry Blackburn on Oct 5th 1992.
The record is one-sided, and in good condition. Plays well on a medium to high range turntable. Sleeve is in a worse state, but as it was when I found it several years ago.
Unfortunately, the Norwegian Postal Services are very expensive (probably the most expensive in the world).
