Description

UK album from 1994 released on Heavenly Records, this copy is signed by each member of the band very clearly on the back of the cover, in gold ink. No personalised messages, it’s simply signed “Love Sarah xx”, “Love from Bob xx” and “Lots of Love Pete xx”, so this would make a great gift for any fan of the band (see below)

Sleeve and inner sleeve are in mint, as-new condition. Vinyl is in excellent condition, with some light marks showing play and taking in/out of the sleeve. There is a little discolouration on the label however, visible in the photo, some small tea-coloured blotches, though more apparent on the side shown than the other. Not sure how this came about as I’m not a tea drinker. There’s always the possibility of switching the record if another turns up, and using this one to play, depending on how pernickety you are ;-)

I got this album signed by the band at a record store in Bristol back in the day, I just got there when they were about to pack up but gave me a chance to speak to them. Though I liked the band, I actually got it for my girlfriend at the time, who was a huge fan. Sadly things weren’t going so well, and perhaps slightly cynically, I asked them not to dedicate it to anyone. We never made it to the gig together, and she never got the record. It’s such a beautiful item that I’ve hung on to it for a long time, but I hope someone else who loves the band can now enjoy it “properly” =)
