Description
THE SALLYANGIE- CHILDREN OF THE SUN. TRANSATLANTIC TRA178. EX
1968 first pressing of this now hard to find album, prior to his depature to "GO ELECTRIC" which produced Tubular Bells, Mike Oldfield and sister Sally were a folk act this is the result of they're colaberation. Beautiful haunting vocals from Sally with great acoustic backing from both. This copy is as NM as you'll find it's in absolutley stunning condition and comes from my own collection which i'm reducing.
VINYL- absolutley EX+ looks "new" but was bought on date of release. Still has a real glossy sheen without any marks to be seen.A real Thick Heavy Piece feels great to hold.
Labels- Totally clean, original Purple text on white background.
Cover- Gatefold laminated In great condition, spine still sharp and readable minor crease to the laminate on opening edge two corners a little "blunted" but nothing to distract from the lavish cover at all, opens up to reveal Double page photo of the duo and all Lyrics to songs.
I've not seen this one come up often and this is as good a copy as you'll find no more need to upgrade. I'm not a trader so if you need any more info please let me know.
