Description

Vinyl plays better than a VG, pretty clean with very minimal background noise. The sleeve shows its flaws in the photos, also has a seam split (~1-1/2”) at top seam by open edge.


I believe this record was when Sam decided to ‘do his own thing’, so to speak, and he recorded three different sessions for this album between 1971 and 1973. Some awesome musicians accompanied him, but all 10 tracks here were composed by Rivers, who was experimenting heavily with different sounds during these times.


Also opening the gatefold is a cool photo of Rivers spanning both pages of the sleeve.
