Description

This is the original Van Gelder-stamped mono pressing of Sam Rivers “A New Conception” on the Liberty labels of Blue Note BLP 4249.  The playing surface is in excellent condition with just a single inaudible scuff on Side 1; perhaps played once.   The coated N.Y. 10023 cover is in new condition, still in shrink wrap, with sharp corners. Liberty inner sleeve is included.  Personnel include Hal Galper, Herbert Lewis, and Steve Ellington.  $200.00.
