LABEL DESCRIPTION:   Blue and white label with BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC-NEW YORK USA address. VANGELDER stamped in the dead wax and "R" on the bottom.

GRADE & DESCRIPTION (COVER): M-      Excellent cover, beautiful seams and corners and nice color. Signed on the back in blue pen by Sam Rivers.

GRADE & DESCRIPTION (RECORD): M-     Excellent condition, nice gloss with clean grooves. There are two surface marks, one on each side. I've played through the entire record and neither make any noise.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:    The signature was obtained by Raffe Simonian, noted Chicago record collector, dealer and autograph seeker. We'll be featuring many of the rare signed Jazz classics from Raffe's collection over the next year or so.
